This website runs on our own hardware in our office — not in a third-party cloud. It is deliberately built to minimize data collection: we do not use cookies, tracking, or any analytics or marketing tools, and we do not load fonts from external servers. To keep the website reachable from the internet and protected against attacks, we route traffic through the Cloudflare service (see section 3).
Visits to this website and requests submitted through the form pass through the network of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare forwards traffic to our servers in encrypted form and protects them against overload and attacks. In doing so, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data such as your IP address, date and time, the address accessed, and details about your browser and operating system; for form submissions, also the transmitted content.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in a secure and reachable website without exposing our own servers directly to the internet. Cloudflare may process data in the USA. Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, so an adequacy decision by the EU Commission applies to the transfer to the USA (Art. 45 GDPR). More information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
When you visit this website, the server automatically collects information that your browser transmits (so-called server log files):
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free and secure operation of the website. This data is not combined with other data sources and is deleted after a short time.
If you contact us by email (e.g. via the address given or a "mailto" link), we process your details (email address, name, content of your message) exclusively to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
If you submit a request via the form on the "Potential Analysis" page, we process the details you enter: first and last name, email address, business and industry, and — voluntarily — phone number and your description of the workflow. The form also transmits the address of the page you submitted it from and, where applicable, campaign identifiers from the link (UTM parameters).
The sole purpose is to answer your inquiry, send you an email confirmation of receipt, and arrange an appointment for the potential analysis. We do not use the details for newsletters or advertising. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (carrying out pre-contractual measures at your request).
The request is transmitted to our automation service, which we operate on our own hardware. It sends you the confirmation of receipt and forwards your request to us by email; no storage in a customer database takes place. The emails are kept in our mailbox until the request is completed and no statutory retention obligations apply.
To send and receive emails, we use our own mail server (mail.aurelia-intelligence.com), operated by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. IONOS provides the server for this purpose and processes the emails on our behalf.
We do not pass your data on to third parties, do not sell it, and do not use it for third-party purposes. When sending emails, your details are naturally transmitted to the mail servers involved, and when receiving them, to your email provider. See sections 3 and 6 regarding Cloudflare and IONOS.
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. To do so, please contact the address given above.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is:
